本文使用单冲压片机研究了微晶纤维素、中药水浸膏干颗粒及酵母粉的可压性。测定了三种粉体成型的下冲功、压缩片的强度(硬度和抗张强度)及弹性恢复率。用强度对下冲功和弹性恢复率对下冲功作图,比较了三种粉体的可压性。
In this paper, single-press tablet press was used to study the compressibility of microcrystalline cellulose, dry extract granules of Chinese herbal medicine and yeast extract. The three kinds of powder molding under the red power, the compression strength (hardness and tensile strength) and elastic recovery rate. With the intensity of the next red power and elastic recovery rate on the red power mapping, comparing the three powder compressibility.
