伟大的中华人民共和国成立40年了。在这40年中,文献情报事业随着祖国的繁荣和劫难同样走过了曲折的道路。在中国共产党十一届三中全会以后的这10余年,是文献情报事业获得新的发展的最好时期,但是由于科技和社会的进步,目前世界上文献情报工作的社会化、国际化趋势正逐步显露出来,这就迫使我们不得不在总结40年历程的基础上,认真思考未来,作出我们的战略选择。下面借庆祝40周年国庆之际,就文献情报事业的发展战略问题谈几点不成熟的看法。
The great People’s Republic of China was founded 40 years ago. In these 40 years, the literature and information industry has gone through a tortuous path along with the prosperity and catastrophe of the motherland. In the past 10 years since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it is the best period for the literature and information service to gain new development. However, due to the progress in science and technology and society, the socialization and internationalization of documentary intelligence work in the world This has forced us to forcefully consider the future and make our strategic choices on the basis of summing up the 40-year history. Here to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the occasion of the National Day, the development of documentary intelligence career strategy to talk about a few premature points.
