采用厌氧-好氧膜-生物反应器对抗生素废水进行了处理研究.实验结果表明,当UASB的水力停留时间为13 h、好氧膜生物反应器的水力停留时间为7.5 h时,处理效果最好,出水COD去除率达88.13%.膜对COD的去除有强化作用,保证系统稳定高效地运行.好氧膜生物反应器内污泥浓度也随着水力停留时间的增加而相应地增加.另外膜通量下降较严重,物理清洗和化学清洗可基本恢复膜的通量.
Anaerobic-aerobic membrane-bioreactor was used to treat antibiotic wastewater.The experimental results show that when the hydraulic retention time of UASB is 13 h and the hydraulic retention time of aerobic membrane bioreactor is 7.5 h, the treatment effect The removal efficiency of effluent COD was 88.13% .The removal of COD was enhanced by membrane, which ensured the stable and efficient operation of the system.The sludge concentration in aerobic membrane bioreactor also increased with the increase of hydraulic retention time. In addition, the membrane flux decreased more severely, and the physical flux and chemical flux can basically restore the membrane flux.
