文章介绍抽油机在动载下主要构件的应力、悬点动载、支架及有关部位的振动位移、整机噪声等参数的测量与分析,以及用间接的方法测量输入与输出扭矩和悬点加速度。得出了该抽油机工厂试验的悬点载荷的动载系数、悬点加速度随转角的变化曲线、悬点加速度最大值发生的时刻。根据实测的应力对游梁进行了非对称循环的疲劳强度校核,最后对该抽油机的设计与制造作了评价。文章所提的测试项目和方法,对抽油机新产品的考核试验具有指导意义。
This paper introduces the measurement and analysis of the main components such as the stress of the pumping unit, the dynamic load of the suspension point, the vibration displacement of the support and related parts, the noise of the whole machine and other parameters of the pumping unit and the indirect method of measuring the input and output torque and the suspension point Acceleration. The dynamic load coefficient, the change curve of the suspension point acceleration with the rotation angle, and the moment when the maximum acceleration of the suspension point occurred are obtained. According to the measured stress, the fatigue strength of the beam was checked by asymmetric cycle. Finally, the design and manufacture of the pumping unit were evaluated. The test items and methods mentioned in the article are instructive for the testing of new products of pumping units.
