失稳屈曲是板材失效的一种特殊方式,判断板材在不同分布载荷下是否失稳具有重要意义。目前虽然已对均布与非均布载荷下板材失稳屈曲问题进行了大量理论研究,但是缺少专门研究非均布载荷下板材失稳判别的试验设备。为此,专门设计了一套为板材施加非均布载荷的试验方案,当给定分布载荷的具体形式后,可由推导的公式计算压头与板材之间压块的高度分布,由此可以实现任意形式分布载荷的施加,具有结构简单及容易实现的优点,为板材失稳屈曲理论研究提供了一种简单易行的验证手段。
Buckling failure is a special way of sheet failure. It is of great significance to judge whether the sheet material is unstable under different distributed loads. Although a large number of theoretical studies have been carried out on the buckling of plates under both uniform and non-uniform loads, there is a lack of experimental equipment devoted to the identification of plate instability under non-uniform load. To this end, a set of specially designed test program for non-uniform load applied to the plate, given a specific form of distributed load, can calculate the height distribution of the compact between the pressure head and the plate by the derived formula, which can be achieved The application of arbitrary distributed loads has the advantages of simple structure and easy realization, and provides a simple and easy verification method for the study of buckling theory of sheet.
