目的探讨在肝胆外科护理中应用全程护理的作用。方法随机选取2015年6月~2016年6月本院肝胆外科患者60例,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用常规护理的模式,观察组采取全程护理的形式进行健康教育,对比两组患者对于疾病健康知识的知晓率以及健康行为形成率。结果观察组经过健康教育之后,肝胆外科患者对于疾病知晓的有28人,达到93.33%,形成健康行为的有27人,健康行为形成率达到90.00%。对照组肝胆外科患者对于疾病知晓的有24人,达到80.00%,形成健康行为的有22人,健康行为形成率达到73.33%。结论对肝胆外科患者实行全程护理,可以大幅提高患者健康教育的效果。
Objective To explore the application of holistic nursing in hepatobiliary surgery. Methods Sixty patients with hepatobiliary surgery from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected randomly and divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing mode and the observation group took the form of full-time nursing care Education, comparisons of two groups of patients awareness of disease health awareness and health behavior formation rate. Results After the health education in the observation group, the number of patients with hepatobiliary surgery was 28 (93.33%), 27 were healthy and 90% were healthy. Control group of hepatobiliary surgery patients with disease awareness of 24 people, reaching 80.00%, the formation of healthy behavior of 22 people, the health behavior formation rate reached 73.33%. Conclusion The implementation of full-time care in patients with hepatobiliary surgery can significantly improve the effectiveness of patient health education.
