本研究通过组织细胞培养实验及动物实验研究对士的宁及复方士的宁点眼液进行了抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒(Herpessimplexvirustype1,HSV-Ⅰ)的研究。结果表明:1.士的宁的细胞毒性低,细胞培养72小时观察,细胞最大耐受浓度为1000ug/ml;2.利用细胞培养技术,经四种不同给药途径研究证实,士的宁及复方士的宁不仅对HSV-Ⅰ有直接抑制作用,而且对病毒吸附、侵入细胞有较好的防治作用,四种药物抗HSV-Ⅰ的作用强度依次为复方士的宁>士的宁≈无环鸟苷>吗啉胍;3.在治疗兔实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎(Herpessimplexviruskeratitis,HSK)实验中发现复方士的宁及士的宁点眼液均有良好的治疗HSK的作用,尤以前者疗效显著,平均治愈日为6.83日,无毒副作用及过敏反应发生。
In this study, Herpes Simplexvirustype 1 (HSV-Ⅰ) was studied in strychnine and fufangshi ningjingye by tissue culture experiments and animal experiments. The result shows: 1.
