在深化改革和依法治国的大环境下,煤炭企业如何围绕改革发展稳定和实现依法办企开展纪检监察工作,加强纪委监督和效能建设;在企业安全生产过程中维护职工切身利益、确保干部廉洁从业,营造“风清气正、和谐发展”氛围,实现队伍稳定、生产安全、干部安全,是当前和今后一个时期企业纪检监察工作的一项重要任务,亟需认真加以研究。本文浅析了当前煤矿企业纪检监察工作存在的问题以及纪检监察工作重要性,并结合依法办企提出了当前做好煤矿企业纪检监察工作对策,为煤矿企业健康稳定发展保驾护航。
Under the environment of deepening reform and governing the country according to law, how can the coal enterprises revolve around the reform, development, stability and implementation of discipline inspection and supervision in accordance with the law, and strengthen the supervision and effectiveness construction of the Commission for Discipline Inspection; safeguarding the vital interests of the workers in the process of enterprise safety in production and ensuring the integrity of cadres It is an important task of the discipline inspection and supervision work of enterprises at present and in the coming period to realize the atmosphere of “being in harmony with the atmosphere of development and achieving a stable team, production safety and cadre safety, and it is imperative to study it seriously.” This paper analyzes the existing problems of discipline inspection and supervision in coal mines and the importance of discipline inspection and supervision, and puts forward the countermeasures of doing discipline inspection and supervision of coal mines in the light of running enterprises in accordance with the law in order to protect the healthy and stable development of coal mines.
