目的 探讨蜂胶对环磷酰胺等强诱变剂诱发基因突变的抑制作用。方法 应用Ames试验分别检测蜂胶对环磷酰胺 (CP)、叠氮钠 (NaN3)、正定霉素 (DNR)、2—氨基芴 (2—AF)诱发突变的抑制作用。结果 蜂胶对CP等 4种诱变剂诱发的突变均产生抑制作用 ,且伴有剂—反应关系 ;其中 8~2 0 0 μg/皿浓度蜂胶均出现中等强度或以下的抑制 (抑制率 <75 0 % ) ,10 0 0 μg/皿浓度蜂胶对 2—AF、NaN3、CP等 3种诱变剂出现了强度抑制 (抑制率分别为 80 9% ,79 7% ,98 7% )。蜂胶本身无诱变活性。结论 蜂胶对CP等 4种诱变剂诱发的不同类型的基因突变均有一定的抑制作用
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of propolis on gene mutations induced by isoforms of cyclophosphamide. Methods The Ames test was used to detect the inhibitory effect of propolis on the induced mutations of cyclophosphamide (CP), sodium azide (NaN3), daunomycin (DNR) and 2-aminofluorene (2-AF) Results Propolis had the inhibitory effect on the mutations induced by four mutagens, such as CP, accompanied by a dose-response relationship. Propolis at concentrations of 8 to 200 μg / dish showed moderate or less inhibition (inhibition rate <75 0%), and the concentration of 10 0 0 μg / dish propolis inhibited the growth of 3 mutants such as 2-AF, NaN3 and CP (the inhibitory rates were 80 9%, 79 7% and 98 7% respectively). Propolis itself mutagenic activity. Conclusion Propolis has some inhibitory effects on different types of gene mutations induced by four kinds of mutagens, such as CP
