中国加入WTO已在咫尺,这无疑为我们供销合作社事业的发展带来更多的商机,同时也将面临着更大的风险和挑战。如何促使供销合作社尽快融入激烈的市场,这是亟待研究解决的重大课题。一、挑战风险强抓机遇,主动策应发展坐标加入WTO由于要取消和降低关税额度,国内农产品市场也将逐步扩大对外开放,不可避免的给供销合作社经济带来冲击是不言而喻的。其主要负面效应是我们的主要农产品生产会受到一定影响,比较突出的北方一些地区,如小麦、玉米和大豆的一些产区。这些产品的进口增加会给这些地区的生产造成直接的压力。同样,对供销合作社经济格局也将产生变化,从而加大了供销合作社宏观调控难度,特别是加大了农村经济与供销合作社经济之间协调发展的难度。这就要求供销社必须结合自身实际,调整好经济发展新布局,主动策应和定位好供销合作社当前发展坐标的真正切入点。目前,呈现在我们面前的商机有六个方面: China’s accession to the WTO is at hand.
