随着我国基础设施建设的迅猛发展和天然砂资源的逐渐减少,混凝土用砂供需矛盾日益突出,目前人工制砂已成为我国建设用砂的主要来源。虽然近年来人工砂石料加工技术取得了快速发展,但如何正确选择生产工艺和设备,保证人工砂石料加工系统的运行可靠、技术先进与经济合理仍是系统设计所面临的重要课题。在人工砂生产过程中,成品砂级配、细度模数、含粉率、含水率的控制及噪声、空气和水污染防治等仍是有待进一步研究和解决的问题。本期组织了一组相关稿件以供业内人士交流和探讨。
With the rapid development of China’s infrastructure construction and the gradual reduction of natural sand resources, the contradiction between supply and demand of concrete sand is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, artificial sand production has become the main source of sand used for construction in China. Although artificial sand and gravel processing technology has achieved rapid development in recent years, how to correctly select production technology and equipment and ensure the operation of artificial gravel processing system is reliable, advanced technology and economic rationality are still the important topics in system design. In artificial sand production process, finished sand grading, fineness modulus, powder content, moisture content control and noise, air and water pollution control is still to be further studied and solved. This issue has organized a set of related manuscripts for the exchange and discussion.
