长期以来,国内很多建筑施工企业都是粗放式管理,将项目开发作为重心,为多拿项目,占据更多市场份额,往往是竞争激烈,竞相压价。由于大多数是低价中标,所以很多施工企业的项目利润微薄,其中不乏亏损收场的项目。如今,随着国内经济增长速度放缓,众多企业面临产能过剩,利润下降等尴尬局面,所以狠抓内部管理提升,实施成本精细化管理已成为企业刻不容缓的任务。
For a long time, many domestic construction enterprises are extensive management, project development as the center of gravity, to take more projects, to occupy more market share, often highly competitive, competing prices. Because most of them are bid-winners at low prices, many projects of construction enterprises are meager profits, many of which are in the event of a loss. Nowadays, with the slowdown of the domestic economic growth, many enterprises are facing the awkward situation of overcapacity and declining profits. Therefore, paying close attention to internal management and implementation of refined cost management has become an urgent task for enterprises.
