目的:研究探索分化抑制因子(inhibitors of differentiation,Id)在多种肺癌细胞中的表达及意义。方法:随机选取北京大学深圳医院2009年1月至2010年12月30例肺癌及同样例数正常组织,采取免疫组化s-p法检测Id1在不同组织的表达状况。结果:在多种肺癌组织中,Id_1均表现为过度表达,与正常肺组织表达情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在不同病理表现(腺癌、鳞癌、腺鳞癌)、性别、及年龄中表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在肺癌淋巴结转移组中Id_1表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论:Id_1基因作为癌基因在肺癌的发生发展中发挥作用,与肺癌淋巴结转移密切相关,可能为多种肺癌诊断及预后的标志物。
Objective: To explore the expression and significance of inhibitors of differentiation (Id) in a variety of lung cancer cells. Methods: 30 cases of lung cancer and the same number of normal tissues from Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were randomly selected, and the expression of Id1 in different tissues was detected by immunohistochemical s-p method. Results: In all kinds of lung cancer tissues, the expression of Id_1 was overexpressed, which was significantly different from the normal lung tissues (P <0.01). In different pathological manifestations (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma) Sex and age (P> 0.05). The expression of Id_1 in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The gene Id_1, as an oncogene, plays a role in the development of lung cancer and is closely related to lymph node metastasis of lung cancer. It may be a marker of diagnosis and prognosis of many kinds of lung cancer.
