为探讨 COPD患者血清 IL-10的表达是否有差异以及 IL-10在 COPD发病中的意义 ,随机抽取 COPD急性加重期和稳定期各 2 0例与正常健康对照组 2 0例共分为三组 ,采用 ELISA双抗体夹心法测定各例血清 IL-10浓度 ,同时作肺通气功能检查和嗜酸性粒细胞直接计算 ,比较三组 IL-10水平的差异 ,分析 COPD两组患者血清 IL-10水平与 FEV1 %预计值和 EC的关系。结果显示 ,COPD急性加重期和稳定期 IL-10与正常人比较明显降低 ,提示 IL-10在 COPD的发病机理中可能有一定意义。
In order to investigate whether there is a difference in serum IL-10 expression in patients with COPD and the significance of IL-10 in the pathogenesis of COPD, 20 cases of acute exacerbation and stable stage of COPD were randomly selected and 20 cases of normal healthy control group were divided into three groups IL-10 in each group was measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). At the same time, pulmonary function test and eosinophil count were used to calculate the level of IL-10. Relationship with FEV1% predicted and EC. The results showed that acute exacerbation of COPD and stable phase IL-10 was significantly lower than normal, suggesting that IL-10 in the pathogenesis of COPD may have some significance.
