近年来,对大学生体质健康状况的研究,已越来越为国内外体育界和科学工作者的重视。它不仅对于改进学校体育卫生工作有密切的关系,而且,对于评定一般人的体质和健康状况都有十分重要的意义。为此,我们借助体质测试之机,对齐齐哈尔师范学院、齐齐哈尔轻工学院、东北重机学院学生体质调查的资料,做了统计处理,进行初步分析,对比,以探讨其规律,为我校体育教学改革提供科学依据。
