人文素质的培养以人文知识的积累与熏陶为基础,多种人文知识广泛生动地集中于文学作品中,阅读各种典范优秀的文学作品为个体心灵的成长接受人类文化奠定基础。人文素质的养成以精神滋养为内涵,心灵世界受到感染与震撼,其教化作用是形成个体稳定健康的内在品质的关键。
The cultivation of humanistic quality is based on the accumulation and enlightenment of humanistic knowledge. Many kinds of humanistic knowledge are concentrated in literary works in a broad and vivid way. Reading various excellent examples of literary works lays the foundation for the acceptance of human culture by individual spiritual growth. The cultivation of humanistic quality takes spirit nourishment as its connotation, and the spiritual world is infected and shocked. Its educational function is the key to forming an individual’s stable and healthy intrinsic quality.
