Ginseng has been referred to as a panacea in the past, and it has always been accompanied by many mysterious and even absurd legends. Call it “God Grass”, “Goblin”, “Grass Monster” and so on. Not only does it say that it has enough heads and feet, it looks like people, and it says that it can call and call. In fact, what we commonly call panax ginseng is the root of an Araliaceae herbaceous perennial herb, which consists of reed head, main root, adventitious root, and branch root. The rhizomes are called the reed heads on the stems above the ground. The reed heads have annual remnants of stem bases, which are commonly known as reed bowls, reed heads and reed bowls.
