目的：探讨微信干预对复发性流产（RSA）患者家庭功能、应对方式以及心理状况的影响。方法选取2013年11月至2015年11月广东省肇庆市人口和计划生育服务中心收治的126例RSA患者，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组，每组63例。对照组患者予以常规护理，观察组患者则在对照组基础上实施微信干预，比较两组患者家庭功能、应对方式以及心理状况。结果干预后，观察组患者的家庭功能评定量表（FAD）总分以及7个分量表评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组患者的积极应对评分显著高于对照组，消极应对评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；干预后，观察组患者的焦虑自我评量表（SAS）和抑郁自我评量表（SDS）评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论微信干预改善了RSA患者的家庭功能、应对方式以及心理状况，是一种方便、快捷、有效的干预措施。“,”Objective To explore the influence of WeChat intervention on family function,coping style and psychological status of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods From November 2013 to November 2015,126 cases of RSA were treated in the population and family planning service center of Zhaoqing City, Guangdo ng province.According to the random number table method,it was divided into observation group and control group,63 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care,the observation group patients in the control group based on the implementation of WeChat intervention,compared with the two groups of patients with familyfunction,coping style and psychological status.Results Intervention,observation group patients family function assessment scale total score and seven sub scale were significantly lower than those in the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);intervention,the observation group patients with positive coping scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,negative coping style rating was significantly lower than the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);intervention,observation group of patients with anxiety self rating scale (SAS) and depression self rating scale (SDS) were significantly lower than those in the control group, differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat intervention to improve the family function, coping style and psychological status of RSA patients,it is a convenient,fast and effective intervention measures.
