目的:该文针对桐庐县第一人民医院手术室在一次性物品管理中存在的问题,应用计算机系统设计并完善手术室一次性物品管理的工作程序,改变传统的手术室一次性物品管理,减轻护理人员的工作量,减少一次性物品的损耗率,从而提高手术室管理质量。方法:针对该院手术室这一问题,利用EXCEL及电脑相关程序设计了相应的表格,在设计过程中,自动计算所使用的一次性物品量,与手术中一次性物品消耗的量相一致。结果:此计算机系统很好的满足了一次性物品管理的需要,有效地降低一次性物品的损耗率。结论:此计算机系统的运用,使手术室一次性物品的损耗率降低,有效控制了手术室的成本,提高手术室管理质量。
Aims: To solve the existing problems of one-time items management in operating room of First People’s Hospital of Tonglu County, the paper designs and perfects the operating procedures of one-time items management in the operating room by computer system to change the traditional operating room one-time item management and reduce Nursing staff workload, reduce the loss rate of one-time items, so as to improve the operating room management quality. Methods: According to the operating room of the hospital, the corresponding tables were designed by using EXCEL and computer-related programs. During the design process, the disposable items used were automatically calculated, which was consistent with the consumption of disposable items in the operation. Results: This computer system met the needs of one-time item management and effectively reduced the loss rate of disposable items. Conclusion: The use of this computer system reduces the loss rate of one-off items in the operating room, effectively controls the cost of the operating room and improves the quality of operating room management.
