2010年1月18日,国务院在北京召开全国安全生产电视电话会议。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理、国务院安委会主任张德江在会上强调,各地区、各部门要以预防为主、加强监管、落实责任为重点,进一步全面加强安全生产工作,有效防范和坚决遏制重特大生产安全事故,促进安全生产形势持续稳定好转。国务院各部委根据张德江副总理讲话精神,制订了本部门2010年重点安全工作。本刊选登了部分部委主管部门及企业集团的安全工作思路及重点安排。
