我们在使用成都T-120推土机为混凝土搅拌站喂料时,发现右边终传动机构有明显异响,且转弯时能在驾驶室内清晰地听见,同时整机有节奏地抖动。停机检修过程中,发现右驱动轮内侧啃轨,啃伤深度10mm;右边终传动箱内的机油全部泄漏;主动齿轮、双联齿轮和齿圈的齿牙啃伤或磨钝,齿面上部剥落,支承轮毂的轴承、半轴轴承、端轴承、浮动油封等零件全部损坏,终传动机构全部报废。 损坏的主要原因是轮毂与齿圈连接螺栓的锁片未锁止,在交变动载荷
