脑血管病患者之有意识障碍者,其意识障碍越重,预后越差,此一事实素为临床工作者所重视。为了进一步探索有意识障碍之脑血管患者的临床病征之意义,我科在近二年来对此作了较细致的观察和记录,观小结于下并略作分析讨论。临床资料一、我科于1979年11月至1981年11月共收治脑血管病患者284例,其中发病后无意识障碍者138例,有意识障碍者146例,此二类患者在各种脑血管疾病之分布情况如表一。可见出血性病例在意识有障碍组中占多数(146例中占122例),而缺血性病例在意识无障碍组中占多数(138例中占109例)。
