日本东北大学的石田清仁教授最近开发出利用形状记忆效应可随意控制合金热膨胀系数的方法。把形状记忆合金经冷轧加工 ,控制其 10 0℃以上的热膨胀系数。即使合金的组分不用特别控制 ,也可根据冷轧的程度得到热膨胀低的合金或高热膨胀的合金。通常合金热膨胀系数与其熔点成反比
Professor Ishida Chingren of Tohoku University recently developed a method of using the shape memory effect to freely control the coefficient of thermal expansion of an alloy. The shape memory alloy by cold-rolled processing, control the thermal expansion coefficient of more than 10 ℃. Even if the composition of the alloy is not particularly controlled, an alloy having a low thermal expansion or a high thermal expansion may be obtained depending on the degree of cold rolling. Usually alloy thermal expansion coefficient is inversely proportional to its melting point
