对《压力容器安全技术监察规程》中气密性试验的有关条款进行了讨论。分析了按这些条款进行气密性试验时 ,压力容器安全泄放装置可能在试验过程中动作或破坏 ,使气密性试验无法顺利进行的原因。根据压力容器与安全泄放装置压力参数的配置关系 ,对可行的气密性试验方法和试验压力进行了讨论。为保证气密性试验顺利进行和爆破片在使用中具有正常性能 ,对安装爆破片的压力容器提出了爆破片常温弹性极限压力的概念。
The “Pressure Vessel Safety Technology Supervision Regulations” in the air tightness test of the terms discussed. The reason why the safety relief device of pressure vessel may act or break during the test under the airtightness test according to these clauses is analyzed, so that the airtightness test can not be carried out smoothly. According to the pressure vessel and safety relief device pressure parameters of the relationship between the configuration of the gas tightness test methods and test pressures are discussed. In order to ensure the smoothness test and the normal performance of the rupture disk in use, the concept of the elastic ultimate pressure at normal temperature of the rupture disk was proposed for the pressure vessel with the rupture disk.
