The authors observed the differentiation of bone marrow CFU-S following intraperitoneal injection of cytarabine (Ara-C) using the following three dosing schedules: ① One injection of 5 mg (250 mg / kg) or 20 mg mg / kg); ②10mg / only (500mg / kg) injected three times within 8 hours; ③5mg / only (250mg / kg) injection within 24 hours 5 times. In addition, CFU-S inhibitors were also observed after simultaneous injection of useful fetal bovine bone marrow by dialysis and Sephadex G10 purification.
