《动物的进化》是一个典型的通过对第二手资料进行整理研究认识事物发展规律的课。以前我曾用过两种方法进行教学: 第一种方法是教师讲解各地质年代的代表动物及其进化的原因,然后让学生回答书中的思考题。由于在讲解时对思考题基本上已叙说清楚,学生对思考题的回答也比较容易。这种教法由于是以教师为中心的,没有发挥学生的主体作用,动物进化的知识也不是学生自行获取的,因而属于传统的教学方式,不可取。
“Evolution of animals” is a typical lesson learned through the study of second-hand information to understand the law of things. I used to teach in two ways: the first one is for teachers to explain the reasons why animals of all geologi- cal age and their evolution have evolved, and then ask students to answer questions in the book. Due to the fact that the questions are basically narrated when explaining, the students' answers to questions are easier. Because this kind of teaching method is teacher-centered, it does not play the main role of the student, and the knowledge of animal evolution is not acquired by the students themselves. Therefore, it belongs to the traditional teaching method and is not desirable.
