中国戏曲艺术的表演内涵丰富,博大精深,又独具风格。它独特的魅力与不同凡响之处就在于它的程式化特征。但程式和技术是进行艺术创造的手段,是为表现人物服务的,不是用于束缚人的手脚,它是规矩的又是灵活的,是古板的又是变化的。而想要在舞台上塑造出一个鲜活的、独特的人物,就必须从人物出发,走进人物的内心,体验人物的生活,让程式活用。充分地为体现人物服务,展现出色角感情的自然流露。如果把程式比作戏曲演员必须掌握和熟练运用的“外功”,那么对人物形象的理解和切入就是“内功”,只有内功和外功相融相合,才能出戏出情,才能演出“这一个”,使每一个人物都栩栩如生,有血有肉。
