目的探索适宜战区部队官兵需要的健康传播策略。方法 2013年选择某战区部队当年入伍的部分新兵和士官为调查对象。通过分层整群随机抽样的方法,随机抽取第1组860名新兵和士官作为基线调查对象。在经过3个月的健康教育后,在同一部队群体中按相同的抽样方法随机抽取第2组860名新兵和士官进行调查比较。结果健康传播策略实施前后,2组新兵和士官健康素养的总体水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),基本知识和理念素养差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),健康生活方式与行为素养差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),基本技能素养差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论制定的健康传播策略在提升战区部队官兵健康素养,维护身心健康,增强自我防护意识和自我保健能力发挥了有效作用,值得进一步在战区部队推广应用。
Objective To explore the health communication strategy suitable for the officers and soldiers of war zones. Methods In 2013, some recruits and non-commissioned officers enlisted in a theater unit were selected as the survey subjects. A total of 860 recruits and non-commissioned officers from the first group were selected randomly from the stratified cluster random sampling method as the baseline survey. After 3 months of health education, 860 recruits and non-commissioned officers from the second group were randomly selected from the same troop group according to the same sampling method. Results Before and after the implementation of the strategy of health transmission, the overall level of health literacy of recruits and non-commissioned officers was statistically significant (P <0.05), and there was a significant difference between the basic knowledge and concept literacy (P <0.01). The healthy life style and behavior literacy The differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in basic skills and literacy (P> 0.05). Conclusion The health communication strategy developed plays an effective role in enhancing the health literacy of the officers and men in the theater, maintaining physical and mental health, enhancing self-protection awareness and self-care ability and is worth further promotion and application in theater units.
