有机玻璃具有优越的光学和电气性能,而且耐化学腐蚀,因此被广泛地应用于航空工业、光学仪器及其它工业,但它在大气中受紫外光等因素影响会产生降解现象,分子量迅速下降,以致影响其物理机械性能变差,本工作通过粘度法并采用董履和函数近似法处理沉淀分级数据,以研究航空有机玻璃在老化过程中的分子量及其分布变化的情况,希望分子量测试能成为鉴别样品耐老化性能的灵敏指标,并为研究其老化历程提供一依据。
Plexiglass has excellent optical and electrical properties, and chemical resistance, it is widely used in the aviation industry, optical instruments and other industries, but it is under the influence of ultraviolet light and other factors in the atmosphere will produce degradation, the rapid decline in molecular weight, So as to affect the deterioration of physical and mechanical properties. In this work, the viscosity data and the logarithm of the function of the sediments were used to deal with the classification data of the precipitation in order to study the changes of the molecular weight and distribution of the aviation plexiglass in the aging process. Identification of sensitive indicators of aging resistance, and to provide a basis for the study of its aging process.
