通过提高粗集料堆叠率、体积砂率和粉煤灰掺量来提高自密实混凝土的工作性,结果表明:随着粗集料堆叠率的增大,自密实混凝土的工作性会逐渐变差,当堆叠率达到0.65时,胶凝材料用量显著下降的同时,混凝土的工作性依然能够满足自密实混凝土的要求。随着体积砂率和粉煤灰掺量的增大,自密实混凝土的工作性得到改善,这时存在一个最优的体积砂率和粉煤灰掺量使得混凝土的工作性处于最佳状态,即体积砂率为0.48,粉煤灰掺量为30%时,自密实混凝土拥有最优的流动性、填充性和间隙通过性。
The workability of self-compacting concrete is improved by increasing the stacking ratio of coarse aggregate, bulk sand and fly ash. The results show that the workability of self-compacting concrete will gradually deteriorate with the increasing of the stacking ratio of coarse aggregate , When the stacking rate reaches 0.65, the amount of cementitious materials decreased significantly, while the workability of concrete can still meet the requirements of self-compacting concrete. With the increase of volumetric sand rate and fly ash content, the workability of self-compacting concrete is improved. In this case, there is an optimal volume sand rate and fly ash content to make the workability of concrete at its best, That is, sand volume rate of 0.48, fly ash content of 30%, self-compacting concrete has the best fluidity, filling and clearance through.
