一、协商式。由供需双方协商,以高于限价的市场价格形成交易。二、易名式。销售限价产品按非限价产品的名称、价格开票结算。三、分利式。买方按限价买到产品后,将低于市场价格的差额以返利形式转给卖方。四、补贴式。按限价出售产品,按价差以种种补贴名义收回。五、串换式。双方以物易物,避免受限价制约。六、借支式。卖方以资金短缺为由,向买方借支,本息不还。
First, the negotiation type. By negotiation between supply and demand sides, a transaction is formed at a market price higher than the limit price. Second, renamed style. Sales limit products are invoiced at the price and name of non-price-restricted products. Third, the distribution type. After buying the product at the limit price, the buyer transfers the difference below the market price to the seller in the form of rebates. Fourth, subsidies. The sale of products at the limit price is recovered on the basis of various subsidies. Fifth, replacement. Both parties use barter to avoid restricted price restrictions. Six, borrowed.
