采用大鼠离体作功心脏灌流模型,应用放射免疫与免疫组织化学方法,观察心得安(10~(-6)mol/L)与酚妥拉明(10~(-6)molL)分別对等摩尔肾上腺素促进心钠素释放及对心脏作功的影响。结果提示:肾上腺素促进大鼠心钠素释放是通过a-受体介导,且与肾上腺素的正性变时变力作用无相关关系。研究中,心肌细胞内心钠素颗粒的定量借鉴了细胞立体学方法。
Using a rat model of isolated heart perfusion, radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry were used to observe propranolol (10-6 mol/L) and phentolamine (10-6 molL) respectively. Molar epinephrine promotes the release of atrial natriuretic peptide and its effect on cardiac work. The results suggest that adrenaline promotes the release of atrial natriuretic peptide in rats through a-receptors, and there is no correlation between epinephrine and the positive change of adrenaline. In the study, the quantification of atrial natriuretic peptides in cardiomyocytes was based on cell stereology.
