教学行动研究是一种课堂教学研究方式,本文运用教学行动研究的方法,通过为期9周的商务汉语听说教学实践,按照发现问题、制定计划、解决问题以及阶段测试的实施过程,从生词教学、口语表达、听力技巧等方面探讨了对外汉语教师如何运用有效的方法在学生由中高级普通汉语学习阶段初入经贸汉语学习阶段帮助学生适应专门用途汉语的学习,并提出了“关键词法”“符号法”等若干行之有效的教学方法供对外汉语教师和汉语学习者参考。
