由铁道部负责组织实施的“八五”国家重点科技攻关计划项目(铁路部分),是铁路科技面向铁路运输生产主战场的重要内容。“八五”计划执行期已经过半,受到各界的关注。本刊记者于1994年4月走访了铁道部科技司负责此项工作的胡书凯同志。现将所了解到的情况刊载如下,以飨读者。
The “Eighth Five-year Plan” national key scientific and technological project (railway section) organized and implemented by the Ministry of Railways is an important part of railway science and technology oriented to the main battlefield of railway transportation and production. The “Eighth Five-Year Plan” has been implemented for more than half the time and has drawn the attention of all circles.
