目的检测一所医院新建层流洁净手术室空气质量,确定存在的问题,有针对性地采取改进措施。方法通过平板沉降法采样和细菌培养,对该新建层流洁净手术室空气进行了检测。结果经过3次反复监测,均存在百级和千级手术室内空气细菌总数超标。经检查发现是由洁净空气过滤装置本身被灰尘污染和破旧工作服散尘所致污染。经有针对性彻底清洁处理后,第4次监测结果全部合格。结论层流洁净系统会受到许多环境因素影响,在监测和管理中应予以重视。
Objective To detect the air quality of a new laminar flow clean operating room in a hospital, determine the existing problems and take targeted measures to improve the air quality. Methods The air samples of the new laminar flow clean operating room were detected by flat sedimentation method and bacterial culture. Results After repeated monitoring three times, there are hundreds and thousands of indoor air total bacterial count exceeded. The inspection revealed that the clean air filter itself was contaminated by dust and worn clothes. After the targeted thorough cleaning, the fourth monitoring results all qualified. Conclusion Laminar clean systems are affected by many environmental factors and should be given priority in monitoring and management.
