【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的主观生活质量。【方法】采用病例对照研究的方法,对56例ADHD儿童(ADHD组)与50例正常儿童(对照组)进行主观生活质量问卷对比。【结果】ADHD组儿童在家庭生活、学校生活、自我认识、抑郁体验、认知成份、情感成份及总体满意度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),而在生活环境、同伴交往、焦虑体验及躯体情感等维度满意度与对照组儿童相比,差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。【结论】ADHD儿童主观生活质量低下,建议对患儿及家长及时进行相关知识的宣教和指导。
【Objective】 To investigate the subjective quality of life of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). 【Methods】 A case-control study was conducted to compare the subjective quality of life questionnaires of 56 children with ADHD (ADHD group) and 50 normal children (control group). 【Results】 The children in ADHD group were lower than those in control group in family life, school life, self-awareness, depression experience, cognitive component, emotional component and overall satisfaction, with significant difference (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in dimensions of satisfaction in living environment, peer interaction, anxiety and somatic emotion between the control group and the control group (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 The subjective quality of life of children with ADHD is low, it is suggested that the children and their parents timely missionary education and guidance of relevant knowledge.
