训练概况今年四月份,笔者为辅导学生报考公务员,在给定了关于××市严重缺水问题的系列材料后(限于篇幅,材料不一一列出,只在述评时引用相关内容——作者注),要求学生以××市人民政府职能部门的名义拟写“关于节约用水的通告”(送审稿)。实际上是要求学生根据给定材料阐明“节约用水”的理由,并提出解决“节约用水”问题的具体办法。阐明通告的理由并提炼通告的分旨——解决问题的具体办法,就是考察学生解决实际问题的能力。为了阐述方便,以下先列出这份《关于节约用水的通告(送审稿)》的参考文稿:
Training Overview In April of this year, the author counseling students apply for civil servants, given a series of materials on the city of XX city serious water shortage (due to space limitations, materials are not listed one by one, only in the review cited relevant content - the author Note) Students are required to write a Circular on Water Conservation (draft for approval) on behalf of the functional departments of the People's Government of ×× City. In fact, students are required to clarify the reasons for “water conservation” on the basis of the given materials and to propose concrete solutions to the problem of “water conservation.” Clarifying the rationale for the announcement and refining the intent of the notice - a concrete solution to the problem is to examine students' abilities to solve practical problems.
