我厂加工推土机单、双边支重轮时,采用(?)400毫米的四爪卡盘卡紧。该件系铸钢件,加工前虽经清砂但仍有表面熔砂粘砂现象,毛坯余量也不均,造成切削力不稳定。为此,必须用比较大的卡紧力和必要的防尘装置才能保证卡紧的精度和使用寿命。原标准卡盘不能满足上述要求,其夹紧力是用(?)32毫米丝杆1旋转,利用卡箍爪2支承,丝杆在原位置转动时带动卡爪3向下移动来卡紧工件4,主要卡紧力完全由卡箍爪承担(每爪的示意图如图1)。
