党的十七大指出,科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针,是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。科学发展观的实质是又好又快发展。抓住机遇,推动经济社会又好又快发展,必须以科学发展观为指导,把科学发展观贯穿于经济社会发展的全过程、落实到经济社会发展的各个环节。电力作为基础产业和战略性产业,在云南还是支柱产业,更应在深入贯彻落实科学发展观方面走在前面,以推动电力产业又好又快发展。
The 17th CPC National Congress pointed out that the scientific concept of development is an important guideline for China’s economic and social development and a major strategic idea that must be adhered to and implemented in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The essence of the scientific concept of development is sound and rapid development. To seize the opportunity and promote the sound and rapid economic and social development, we must take the scientific outlook on development as the guidance, carry out the scientific concept of development throughout the entire process of economic and social development and implement it in all aspects of economic and social development. As a basic industry and a strategic industry, electricity is still a pillar industry in Yunnan. It should also take the lead in thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development so as to promote the sound and rapid development of the power industry.
