针对预应力混凝土箱梁施工阶段结构破坏问题,采用空间计算有限元为主要分析手段,以实际桥梁为研究对象,分析了现有箱型结构桥梁在施工过程中最为典型的三种破坏形式:中跨合龙段底板崩裂;箱梁支架现浇段开裂;预应力锚固区局部破坏。分别对施工阶段这三种破坏形式进行了精细三维空间受力分析,针对计算结果对其进行深入的原因分析,最后给出各自的破坏机理及建议对策,为今后该类问题的防治提供相应的理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of structural failure of prestressed concrete box girder in construction stage, the finite element method of spatial calculation is taken as the main analysis method. Taking the actual bridge as the research object, the three typical forms of destruction of box-type structural bridge during construction are analyzed. Cross bridging floor crack; cast-in-place box girder cracking; prestressed anchorage area of local damage. The three forms of damage in the construction phase were analyzed in detail in the three-dimensional space. According to the calculation results, the in-depth reason analysis was carried out. Finally, the failure mechanism and the countermeasures were given respectively, Theoretical basis.
