The “Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the Charity Law), considered and approved by the Fourth Session of the Twelfth National People’s Congress, is an important law in the social field of our country and a basic and comprehensive law for the construction of a charity system. The charity law consists of 12 chapters and 112 articles, which are complete in structure and rich in content, which provide important legal protection for the healthy development of charities. The formulation of this law is a milestone in the history of the development of charity in our country.
