我馆的基础工作比较薄弱,在去年二月检查评比时,档案系统化工作仅完成四分之一。按市档案局提出的在八六年前完成档案系统化任务有很大距离。因此,摆在我们面前的紧迫任务是必须大力加速档案系统化工作的步伐,加速档案馆的业务建设,经过学习讨论,我们认识到只要坚持改革精神,抓住关键问题,采取有力措施,是能够改变面貌的。我们抓住档案系统化工作进展缓慢的问题,实行目标管理,落实岗位责任制,从而加速了干部的事业心和责任感,调动了积极性,加速了档案系统化任务的完成。我区档案馆馆藏档案有34个全宗、53436卷,需要进行系统化工作的有42720卷,
