以往压制大中型压力容器封头用的反射式燃煤加热炉采用手工加煤方式,不仅黑烟滚滚污染环境,而且能源消耗大,劳动强度高,加热室的温度也不均匀。为此我们设计研制了新型消烟节能反射式锻压加热炉,采用抽板顶升燃煤机作为燃烧设备,实现了机械加煤,消除了烟尘,节约了燃料,大大降低了劳动强度。每一炉φ1060封头板材的装料量从42片提高到64片,升温时间从2h降低到1.5h,产品质量也得到提高。
In the past, the pressure-type coal fired heating furnace used for pressing large and medium-sized pressure vessel heads adopted manual coal feeding method, which not only polluted the environment but also consumed energy, high labor intensity and uneven heating chamber temperature. To this end, we designed and developed a new smoke-saving energy-saving reflective forging furnace, the use of pumping plate lifting coal combustion machine as a device to achieve the mechanical coal, eliminating smoke and dust, saving fuel, greatly reducing labor intensity. The loading capacity of φ1060 head plate for each furnace increased from 42 to 64, the heating time was reduced from 2h to 1.5h, and the quality of products was also improved.
