数学学困是职业院校普遍存在的教育难题。根据笔者的教学实践,学困生被动局面的成因是多方面的,既有家庭的原因,也有社会的责任,同时还存在智力、主观努力等方面的因索。但大部分学困生都是后天形成的,其状况是可以通过教师、家长的共同努力而改变的。这需要教师必须转换观念、更新教法,基于学困生现状出发来改进教学。
Mathematical stupefaction is a ubiquitous educational problem in vocational colleges. According to the author’s teaching practice, the passive situation of students with learning difficulties is caused by many factors, including family reasons as well as social responsibilities. At the same time, there are also factors such as intelligence and subjective efforts. However, most of the students with learning difficulties are acquired, and their conditions can be changed through the joint efforts of teachers and parents. This requires that teachers must change their concepts, update their teaching methods, and improve their teaching based on the current situation of poor students.
