研究了整流罩加热对红外电荷耦合器件导弹导引头的影响;对两种材料,计算了其在发射后作为时间函数的背景辐射及器件存储阱产生的电荷,并且还讨论了为在飞行过程中保持导引头最佳灵敏度所需的信号处理问题。
The influence of the fairing heating on the missile seeker with infrared charge-coupled device was studied. For both materials, the background radiation and the charge generated by the device’s storage well as a function of time after the launch were calculated, The signal processing issues needed to maintain the best sensitivity of the seeker.
