黄花菜又名金针菜,属百合科萱草属宿根性多年生草本植物,在我国南北各省均有栽培,花可鲜食,但多以花蕾于制品供食用,产品畅销国内外。通常生产栽培均赖分蔸繁殖,且种植密度大(每亩1600~2000蔸),因而繁殖慢,种苗成本高;同时由于分蔸取种苗,遂影响了原圃地的产量。本研究旨在采用生物技术,应用组织培养方法,快速、大量繁育黄花菜再生植株,以探讨其快速繁殖进而实行工厂化育苗的新工艺,以期大量地培育种苗供生产应用。
