试验过程表明含5.5%。Ti—1.1%B 的中间合金对四种铝合金有良好细化作用。铝的铸造工序存在变化很宽的一些个别问题,也存在着可以通过总的途径来改善的一些极相似的问题。轧制、锻造和挤压用铸锭,可用连续或半连续直接水冷铸造法来提高生产率。虽然,直接水冷能使晶粒组织和成分分布得到改善,但还有些问题值得注意。加入合适的中间合金可使铝合金晶粒细化,从而使合金得到进一步改善。
The test shows 5.5%. The master alloy of Ti-1.1% B has good refining effect on the four aluminum alloys. There are a few individual problems that vary widely in the casting process for aluminum and there are some very similar problems that can be ameliorated through the general approach. Rolling, forging and extrusion ingot, continuous or semi-continuous direct water-cooled casting method to improve productivity. Although, direct water cooling can improve the grain structure and composition distribution, but there are some issues worth noting. Addition of a suitable master alloy can refine the grain of the aluminum alloy and further improve the alloy.
