本文以煤炭企业作为例,研究了企业文化管理中的思想政治教育,结果表明思想政治教育对优质的企业文化起到了促进作用。
This paper takes coal enterprises as an example to study the ideological and political education in the management of corporate culture. The results show that the ideological and political education plays a promoting role in the high-quality corporate culture.
