2012年2月,张思学被任命为枣庄市峄城区实验小学校长。一踏进学校的大门,他便被一种浓厚而独特的文化气息所吸引。穿过操场,来到南教学楼,抬首间,一行大字映入眼帘:仁、义、礼、智、信。他的心怦然一动,“这不就是传统文化吗?它不仅是民族的血脉、文化的根源,更是滋养学生心灵不可或缺的给养,是素质教育不能缺失的重要内容。”从那一刻起,张思学便暗下决心,一定要把加强传统文化教育作为落实素质教育的重要内容。
