安息香缩合反应是一种重要的有机反应。近年来报道了以冠醚为相转移催化剂的安息香缩合反应,获得较好结果。但冠醚较难制备,价格昂贵,且毒性大。最近报道聚乙二醇具有一定的相转移催化能力。由于聚乙二醇具有价廉无毒的特点,因此探讨聚乙二醇的相转移催化反应性能及其在有机合成中的应用,是有一定意义的。本文将以聚乙二醇作安息香缩合反应的相转移催化剂,对聚乙二醇的用量、分子量大小以及氰化钾的用量、溶剂及反应温度的影响进行了探讨。
Benzoin condensation reaction is an important organic reaction. In recent years reported crown ether phase transfer catalyst benzoin condensation reaction, get better results. But crown ether is more difficult to prepare, expensive, and toxic. It has recently been reported that polyethylene glycol has some phase transfer catalysis. Because polyethylene glycol is cheap and nontoxic, it is meaningful to explore the phase transfer catalysis of polyethylene glycol and its application in organic synthesis. In this paper, poly (ethylene glycol) as the phase transfer catalyst of benzoin condensation reaction, the amount of polyethylene glycol, molecular weight and the amount of potassium cyanide, solvent and reaction temperature were discussed.
